2. Data Storage and Collection

WorXpacE is a local-first application. All user-generated data, including but not limited to client information, project details, photos, and receipts, is stored exclusively on the user's own device. This data is not transmitted to, collected by, or stored on any external servers controlled by the developer.

Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The privacy policies of these services apply to the data they collect.

• Google Play Services (including Maps Platform)
• AdMob (in the "Free" version of the App)

These services may collect data such as location, app activity, and device identifiers to provide their functionality (e.g., displaying maps and serving advertisements).

3. Data Deletion

We provide users with full control over their data. You can delete your data in the following ways:

• In-App Deletion: The App provides features to delete specific pieces of data you have created, such as deleting a client from your client list.
• Complete Deletion by Uninstalling: Because all of your primary data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the WorXpacE application from your device will permanently and completely delete all of your data. There is no server-side copy.

4. Data Security

Any data transmitted by the third-party services mentioned above (Google Maps, AdMob) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS).
